• How do I sign up?

• Which Miles programs are available?

  Delta SkyMiles, Air France, Cathay Pacific Asia Miles, British Airways, Aero Mexico, Air Canada Aeroplan, Hawaiian Miles, United Miles, Altalia, Ana aielines, Iberia, Virgin Atlantic, and Etihad.

• Can I book for other people and earn the Miles for myself?

  Absolutely. While booking the room, just enter the actual guest's name who will be checking in as 'primary guest.' Make sure to add your own email address on the same page and the Miles will be posted to your account.

• When will my Miles post to my account?

  Within a few days of check-out, we confirm the stay has been completed and send the miles to your account. You can view the status of all your miles by logging into your account.

• What are Boosted Miles?

  Boosted Miles allow you the option of earning even more Miles for your stay. The total price of the reservation is recalculated at a competitive rate to accommodate the additional miles.

• How do I redeem my Miles?

  Once your Miles have been posted to your account (after checkout) simply click on the 'redeem your miles' link on your account and select your preferred airline Miles program. Your Miles will be converted to airline Miles within 2 weeks of submitting your request.
